Our Programs

At Parallel Running, we offer a range of coaching programs designed to support runners at every stage. From beginners through to performance focused athletes. Each program is built to provide structure, guidance, and ongoing support so you can train with confidence and consistency.

Getting started is simple:

1. Find your program

2. Choose Your Program

Select the option that best suits your goals and training needs.​

3. Complete the Sign-Up Form
When you're ready, fill out a short form so we can understand your background and match you with the right coach or program.

4. Initial Consultation with you coach and you're set.
Once signed up you'll meet your coach, you’ll receive everything you need to get started, along with ongoing support to help you progress. All programs give you access to the Parallel Running Handbook.
