Junior Coaching
Parallel Running’s online training programs are designed for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.
Whether you are a beginner looking to start running, an experienced athlete aiming to improve performance, or someone seeking a flexible and professional training approach, our coaching adapts to your individual needs and goals.
We provide personalized guidance, structured plans, and ongoing support to help all participants progress safely and effectively in a way that fits their lifestyle.

Our online approach accommodates to all skill levels as they are highly individualised to help you progress safely and effectively at your own pace (intended pun).
Once you’ve completed the sign-up form, you’ll receive a welcome email from your coach within 48 hours. This will outline the next steps, including getting you set up on our program delivery platform.
You and your coach will then arrange a time for your Initial Consultation, where you’ll go through your form in more detail - covering your goals, injury history, and weekly schedule.
Invoicing and payment details will also be discussed during this consultation.
Look, we get it... injuries happen and it sucks.
Communicate early with your coach so we can stop payments.
You have a coach for a reason, and they are experts when it comes to appropriate load management and strategies to avoid injury. If something doesn't feel right, let them know so they can adjust your training.
