Our ongoing run coaching is designed for athletes who want more than just a generic training plan.
This is a fully personalised coaching experience built around your goals, lifestyle, and current level, ensuring your training is both effective and sustainable long-term.
Whether you're training for your first event, chasing a personal best, or simply looking to run stronger and more consistently, your program will evolve with you.
We take into account your work schedule, recovery capacity, injury history, and other commitments so your training fits into your life - not the other way around.
Using Final Surge, you’ll have clear visibility of your weekly sessions, pacing guidance, and progress over time. Your coach will continuously monitor your training, making adjustments as needed to keep you progressing while minimising the risk of burnout or injury.
How it works

Complete Sign-up Form
Once you have found the right program for your needs, you will fill out the 'Sign-Up form'. Ensure you select the right program on the form.

Initial Consultation
Once we receive your form, your coach will be in contact with you to welcome you to Team Parallel. You will then find a time to have your initial consultation.

Ongoing Coaching
Following the initial consult, your individualised programming will begin. Regular communication with your coach is where you will benefit the most.
