Strength programs will be delivered through the Everfit Coaching App, where you can easily follow workouts, track progress, view exercise demonstrations, and communicate with your coach.
How it works

Complete Sign-up Form
Once you have found the right program for your needs, you will fill out the 'Sign-Up form'. Ensure you select the right program on the form.

Initial Consultation
Once we receive your form, your coach will be in contact with you to welcome you to Team Parallel. You will then find a time to have your initial consultation.

Ongoing Coaching
Following the initial consult, your individualised programming will begin. Regular communication with your coach is where you will benefit the most.
