
About Sam
Sam is a distance runner and physiotherapist with over 15 years of running experience. His philosophy is all about consistency and embracing the challenge of pushing yourself, with results coming from ongoing discipline, hard work and patience.
Sam has raced across a variety of distances ranging from the 1500m (PB of 3:55) to the Marathon (PB of 2:25:30) and understands how these different disciplines require an individualised approach.
Sam combines his running knowledge with clinical skills as a qualified Physiotherapist, Level 1 ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Level 1 Recreational Running Coach, which he uses to integrate training into a more holistic and sustainable program.
Sam enjoys coaching athletes who are curious and want to learn more how to train and incorporate running as part of a sustainable lifestyle, whilst still pushing the boundaries of their athletic performance.
